SURE Cleaner Disinfectant is a concentrated, plant-based detergent-disinfectant that cleans and disinfects food premises surfaces in one step — worktops, chopping boards, equipment and utensils. It's effective in all water hardness and works well against bacteria, yeasts and viruses. Dosed through the Divermite (DvM) dispenser.

Before you start

The concentrate is acidic (pH ≈ 2) — wear gloves and eye protection when filling or handling the pouch.
Once diluted to the in-use strength, no special protective equipment is needed for normal use.
Give surfaces the full 5-minute contact time for the disinfectant to work properly.
For professional/trade use only.
Store the sealed pouch away from extremes of temperature.

How to use it

Choose the method for the job — spray for everyday wipe-downs, or a bucket mix for larger surfaces.

Spray cleaning

Fill a 750ml spray bottle with water and dose 1 dose (12ml) from the Divermite dispenser.
Remove any loose debris first.
Spray onto the surface and wipe with a damp cloth or brush.
Leave for 5 minutes contact time.
Rinse with clean water and leave to air dry.

Bucket cleaning

Fill a bucket half full (3.5L) with hand-warm water and dose 3 doses (3×12ml) from the Divermite dispenser (≈1% solution).
Remove any loose debris first.
Apply the solution with a cloth or scrubbing brush.
Leave for 5 minutes contact time.
Rinse with clean water and leave to air dry.
