Suma Break-Up D3.5

Heavy-duty kitchen degreaser concentrate — 5L
pH ~6.6non-caustic
Aluminium-safenot for painted surfaces
1:33–1:100dilution range

Suma Break-Up D3.5 is a heavy-duty degreaser for heavily soiled kitchen surfaces — floors, walls, equipment, cooker hoods and cooker tops. Unlike our other concentrates, it's non-caustic and safe to use on aluminium, so it's the one to reach for on softer metals and painted-adjacent equipment where the others aren't suitable. Dilute it to suit the job, from light foam-spray cleaning to full soak cleaning.

Before you start

How to use it

Dilution runs from 1:33 up to 1:100 depending on how soiled the surface is — use a stronger mix for heavy grease, weaker for routine cleaning.

Foam or spray application

  1. Dilute the concentrate into the foam equipment or trigger spray bottle (via the Jantex pelican pump for 25ml dosing, or by dilution ratio).
  2. Apply liberally to all washable surfaces.
  3. Leave to cling for at least 5 minutes — don't let it dry out.
  4. Rinse all surfaces thoroughly with clean water.

Mop & bucket (floors)

  1. Dilute at 1:33–1:100 in a bucket of hot water, depending on soiling.
  2. Apply to the surface with a mop or sponge.
  3. Allow the product to penetrate the soil.
  4. Scrub with a brush or floor machine if needed.
  5. Pick up the solution with a mop and rinse with clean water.

Soak cleaning

  1. Dilute at 1:33–1:100 in a bucket or sink of hot water.
  2. Submerge the items and allow the product to penetrate the soil.
  3. Scrub as necessary.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
